WALL HANGING DECOR  USING TRI-PHOTO HBL

Our Wall Hanging Decor using Tri-photo HBL (high bond laminate) is comprised of several materials layered together by a high pressurized system.It’s extremely durable, scuff proof and the graphic will never fade.The Tri-photo HBL graphic is printed using the Onset Q40i with UV Ink  and  printed directly to a metal composite, then a layer of solid, clear laminate is applied on top using high pressure compressors.

The result is a beautiful wear resistant substrate perfect for high traffic areas in trade shows, schools, retail spaces, hotels, museums, hospitals, anywhere that needs protective signage. It’s extremely durable, scuff proof and the graphic will never fade.

ARTWORK PRINT GUIDELINES

  • File format should be High Resolution. Check our file format guide.
  • Duplicate your files before you flatten the layers to ensure you can go back and edit
  • Some files require a bleed. Remember to check on the product
  • Ensure all files are properly named along with company’s name
  • When possible supply pantone colour numbers
  • Supply all logos and illustrated graphics in vector format whenever is possible
  • Include all fonts used in your file, or convert to outlines or curves.
