Great products start with great files

We want to give our clients the best possible quality product. This starts with great files submitted by you. Our automation engine software will process print ready files efficiently and accurately, but to help things further along a well prepped file is key.

We want to give our clients the best possible quality product. This starts with great files submitted by you. Our automation engine software will process print ready files efficiently and accurately, but to help things further along a well prepped file is key. Anvy’s preferred file format is high quality PDF. This should be supplied with fonts converted to outlines, images that are sharp on screen when viewed at 100%, minimum bleed of .25”, and any critical colour to match are assigned a pantone swatch. If you are submitting AI or EPS, always include linked images and fonts to outlines. InDesign files should be presented with links and fonts. When submitting Bitmap images such as PSD, TIF, or JPG please make it the highest quality possible for crisp output. Files up to 36” x 36” should be 300 dpi. Files as large as 100” x 100” should be minimum 100 dpi. To ensure your images are good quality, view them at 100% zoom on screen. This will give you a better idea of how well it will print out. All these steps together create a great final product.

Although high quality PDF is our preferred file format, we also accept the following file extensions:
